Erika, Andrea and Jazmin, members of the Ralph & Betty Engelstad Boys & Girls Club, were named winners of the “Justin Bieber T-Shirt Contest” sponsored by Madame Tussaud’s and Kirvin Doak Communications.
Members from the Engelstad Clubhouse will receive shirts with the design when they attend the unveiling of the new Justin Bieber wax figure at Madame Tussaud’s Las Vegas. The wax figure is here for a limited time (January 25-March 4).

Macy’s card members can enroll in the Thanks for Sharing rewards program with a one-time $25 fee charged to their Macy’s credit card. Once enrolled, card members accumulate rewards equal to 10% of most of their Macy’s card purchases through December 31, 2011. Macy’s will make a donation for each customer enrolling in the Thanks For Sharing rewards program. Boys & Girls Clubs of Las Vegas has been selected to benefit too!!

Boys Nite Out is a very special and unique fundraising event of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Las Vegas.
On one evening each year, several hundred boys from the Clubs are matched up with several hundred men from the community. Together, they play a variety of games, enjoy a special meal and win wonderful prizes. Many of the boys come from single-parent, disadvantaged homes and the one-on-one attention they receive from the men is a very precious gift.
Boys Nite Out is free to our young members - funds are raised from individual donations and corporate sponsors.

In honor of Crystals at CityCenter’s “Fashion’s Night Out” celebration, Nanette Lapore is donating 10 percent of every purchase to Boys & Girls Clubs of Las Vegas from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 8.
During the evening at Crystals, shopaholics can add to their closets, listen to the sounds of Los Angeles-based indie band Fitz and The Tantrums and enjoy delectable tastes fromrestaurants including Todd English P.U.B., Mastro’s Ocean Club, Eva Longoria’s Beso Steakhouse and Social House all while supporting great causes. Several Las Vegas nonprofits are also partnering with select retailers for the event.
Fashion’s Night Out (FNO) is an unprecedented global initiative originally created in 2009 to celebrate fashion, restore consumer confidence, and boost the industry’s economy during the recession. On Friday, September 30, 2011, more than 130 golf and country clubs and business and sports clubs around the country will open their courses and dining rooms to an estimated 16,000 members, guests and patrons for tournaments, dining events, auctions and social extravaganzas.
Canyon Gate Country Club is just one of those clubs that will open their doors to the community for this exciting event. Since it’s inception in 2007, this event has raised nearly $6.5 million benefitting charities such as Susan G. Komen for the Cure, MDA’s Augie’s Quest and Boys & Girls Clubs.
The 2011 ClubCorp Charity Classic will benefit the following organizations:
Boys & Girls Clubs of Las Vegas
MDA “Augie’s Quest”: an aggressive, cure driven effort focused on treatments and cures for ALS (or Lou Gehrig’s disease).
ClubCorp’s Employee Partners Care Foundation (E.P.C.F.): a fund created to help ClubCorp employees and their families by providing financial assistance in a time of crisis
